### **$MNRY Description**

$MNRY is an ERC20 utility and governance token designed to empower the Moonray ecosystem. The token will have utility in the Moonray Game, Moonray Mobile and future games that are planned for development by Moonray Studio at the request of the Miium Foundation.

### Vesting and Lockup

Team and Advisors are subject to 12 month lockups, followed by an immediate 25% unlock, and subsequent linear vesting for 36 months for the remaining tokens.

Advisors are under two different schedules depending on the investment round. One round is the same as Team and Advisors above. The other round is subject to a 12 month lockup, followed by linear vesting for 18 months.

The tokens for Player Rewards and the Reserve will be emitted gradually over 48 months. Please see below for the expected emission schedule.
