What is the utility of $MNRY?

The utility of $MNRY will expand as the Moonray ecosystem expands but through the leadership of the Miium Foundation the current utility is established as follows:

Access to the Moonray Game: Players purchase battle passes from Moonray in order to activate the PVP game (there will be a free-to-play version available as well to introduce players to the game), these battle passes can be paid for in MNRY, and players wishing to pay in our token will receive a discount.

• Player Rewards: Moonray will have multiple seasons per year, and each season has specific tasks and challenges that players must complete in order to earn rewards. Player rewards will include unlocking in-game assets and exclusive content, but will also include rewards in MNRY.

• Crafting NFTs: Battle passes may come with several avatars (i.e., characters) and each character has several weapons. As the player progresses through the game, other versions of the avatar and weapons are unlocked. These in-game assets can be turned into an NFT and sold in the Moonray Marketplace or taken to an external marketplace (OpenSea, Magic Eden) to sell. In order to create NFTs from in-game assets, the player must use MNRY token.

• Tournaments and Prize Fights: As a PVP game, one of our core game loops is competition. We will be hosting regular tournaments that will require MNRY token as an entry fee. And we will have a Prize Fight game mode, where in order to play each player must pay a fee in MNRY and winners are rewarded in MNRY.

• Governance: Players wishing to take part in the governance through the Moonray DAO will have to stake MNRY in order to be eligible to vote on proposals.

• Moonray Mobile: All the functionality above will also be available for our follow-on game, which will be a mobile version of our AAA desktop download.
